Description
学生による授業評価には,回答・評価集計の負担が大きい,授業改善への接続が困難,卒業生による評価は困難との指摘がある。そこで,顧客ロイヤルティ指標を応用して「あなたは,この授業を後輩に薦めますか」(0-10 の段階評価)と,その理由を問う新しい授業評価を作成した。本研究では,この新授業評価を従来型の授業評価と併用し,結果を比較した。新授業評価には,授業への学生の積極的評価を簡便に把握し,学生の記述式回答を促す効果があると推察される。また,授業特徴の明示効果だけでなく,その簡便性から授業評価の対象授業数を増やせる可能性も増し,企業就業や大学・大学院学修を経験した卒業生に,社会的視点からの持続的評価を求められる可能性が増すことが考えられる。
Description Alternative
We created a new class evaluation to ask students, “Would you recommend this class to your lower-grade peers?” (Evaluation scale 0-10) applying customer loyalty guidelines. Using this new class evaluation as well as a conventional evaluation method, we compared the results. The length of the conventional evaluation discouraged some students and accurate results could not be obtained. It is surmised that we need active evaluation from students and that the brevity of the new evaluation encourages students to actively answer more of the questions with greater accuracy. This would not only clarify the attributes of the classes, but it should also create more targeted classes to be evaluated due to the simplified format of the evaluation system. There will be more possibilities to gain social perspectives by obtaining continuous evaluation from graduates who have experienced working or undergraduate/ graduate school.
