徳島インターネット市民塾の設立とその後について

インターネット市民塾はICT活用型の生涯学習システムである。単なるeラーニングではなく,市民が自ら講師となって,自ら築きあげた技や巧,地域の知識や資源をネット公開する方式で学習を進める。地域色豊かなスクーリング,人と地域を活性化する特性に注目が集まり,富山を起点に全国へと広がりつつある。徳島では2005年2月,産官学民連携のもと全国6番目のインターネット市民塾を立ち上げ,2006年3月にNPO法人化した。現在,地域活性化,創生力を持った地域プラットフォームへの拡張・リニューアル作業に取り組んでおり,これらについて報告する。

Tokushima Internet Shiminjuku has started on February in 2005 to provide the community service as a life-long learning system in Tokushima prefecture. It is not just a so-called e-system of life-long learning, but a flea market system where learners can share the knowledge and materials that have been formed and accumulated in the community. Citizens can join in the Internet Shiminjuku as a lecturer as well as a learner. With these characteristics, Internet Shiminjukuis is expected to become a platform of community revitalization. We are now engaged in renewing it to enhance the function to support human activities to try to find another chance as well as to expand the functions to support life-long learning.
