本研究は,看護系大学の養護教諭養成課程における,バーチャル・スクールを用いた危機管理の学修成果を明らかにすることで,教育内容を検討し,学校危機管理能力の向上を図るための基礎資料とすることを目的とした。令和2年度,「養護概説Ⅱ」を受講した2年生19名に対し,バーチャル・スクールのグループワークの後,「学校の危機管理における養護教諭の役割と能力」についてのレポート課題を提出させ,記載内容を質的に分析した。その結果,学生が考える危機管理の対応は,文部科学省が作成した学校の危機管理マニュアル作成の手引きに記載されている重要なポイントをおさえられていた。一方で,学校の実態や学校組織を踏まえた危機管理の理解等の,教育実習に向けた課題が明らかになった。学内での講義・演習と教育実習をつなぎ,実践能力の基盤を育むための工夫が求められる。
Description Alternative
The purpose of this study was to clarify the results of crisis management training using a virtual school in a training course for school nurse teachers at a nursing-related university to examine the educational content and to provide basic data for improving school crisis management skills. In 2020, 19 second-year students who took the course “School Nurse Theories Ⅱ” were asked to submit a report on “Roles and Competencies of School Nursing Teachers in School Crisis Management” after completing group work in a virtual school. The report contents were then qualitatively analyzed. Results showed that the responses to crisis management covered the essential points described in the “Guide for Preparing School Crisis Management Manuals” issued by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology. On the other hand, issues for nursing practice, such as understanding crisis management based on the actual situation of the school and the school organization, were clarified. It is necessary to devise methods to connect the lectures and exercises at the university with practical training to foster the foundation of hands-on skills.
