Description | In the general framework based on algebraic construction of quantum theory, we consider one of the simplest algebraic relations for a single operator as an additional structure to determine the Hamiltonian as a basic ingredient of a concrete quantum system. The Hamiltonian may be uniquely given with the single operator through the condition that it provides the simplest nontrivial automporphism of the additional algebraic structure as well as that of the Hilbert space structure. The resultant Hamilonian turns out to constitute a supersymmetry algebra.
