Description
橋梁の長期補修計画では補修費用だけでなく,その残存価値に加え,補修工事によって生じる交通流動の変化を考慮する必要がある.本研究では,交通流動変化による道路利用者負担のみならず,橋梁劣化に対応した残存価値を考慮した複数主要橋梁における長期補修計画案の方法論の確立を目的とする.そのため,複数主要橋梁を対象として,橋梁劣化モデルと交通量配分モデルを組み合わせた橋梁補修シミュレーションによりライフサイクルコスト(LCC)を推計し,各種補修シナリオを比較評価した.その結果,橋梁の供用予定年数に関わらず予防的補修による費用削減効果を実証した.さらに,補修費用と道路利用者負担を合わせたLCCについて,残存価値を考慮することにより計画期間の長さに関わらず適切な長期補修計画案の立案が可能であることを実証した.
Description Alternative
In the long-term management for bridges, it is necessary to consider not only repair costs but also changes in traffic flow caused by repair work under the plan period in which social conditions can be assumed. In this paper, it aims to establish a methodology of a long-term management for multiple bridges considering traffic flow. For the purpose, we evaluate the management scenarios for multiple bridges with life cycle cost, which is estimated with the bridges management simulation combined method of bridge deterioration model and traffic assignment model. In the management methodology consider in particular the method of estimating the residual value corresponding to bridge degradation. As a result, we demonstrated cost reduction effect by preventive repair irrespective of the planned service life of the bridge. Furthermore, by considering the residual value in the LCC which adds the repair cost and the road user cost, we demonstrated that it is possible to draft an appropriate long-term management plan regardless of the length of the planning period.
