本研究の目的は,大学等のキャリア形成支援においてAI に関する教育を導入するために,企業等の採用選考におけるAI 導入に対する学生の意識を分析することである。研究の結果,学生の否定的な意見は主に,① AI が,学生の本質や人間性,ポテンシャル,そして組織風土やそこで働く人との相性,を正確に見抜けないのではないかという疑い,②人が介入せず,AI が学生に関する情報を評価・判断し,合否を決定することへの不安に起因している可能性が示された。また有益なAI 教育として,①AI に関する基礎的な教育,②AI が得意,不得意とする評価・判断に関する教育,③採用活動におけるAI の役割に関する実情を学ぶことができる教育,の3 つが示唆された。
Description Alternative
The aim of this study is to analyze students' perceptions of AI in the recruitment process in order to implement AI education in career guidance for undergraduate students. The results of this study showed that students' negative perceptions regarding AI originate from two main reasons: (1) They doubt that AI can accurately assess the student’s character, personality, potential and whether they are fit for the organizational culture and other employees in the workplace; (2) They worry that AI makes the final decision regarding their job application by classifying and evaluating their information without human intervention. Furthermore, the effectiveness of the following three types of education was suggested: (1) the fundamental education of AI, (2) education about which information can AI assess and judge, and (3) education which students can learn the actual role of AI in the recruitment process.
