| Description | In Tokushima prefecture, lack of pathologists who perform pathological diagnosis and the resulting increase in the burden of pathologists’ diagnostic work have become serious problems. Now, telepathology has been expected as one of the solutions. We are proceeding the construction of a telepathology network that connects Tokushima University Hospital and two hospitals in Tokushima Prefecture. This review introduces our efforts.
