| Description | The purposes of this study were to analyze the aspects of social organization learning in non-profit organization of sports which aims at collaborative knowlede creation. This study focused about the influence which three factors exerts on the managerial problem and the change of the organization. In this study, data was acquired through interviews with the administrative director, administrative officer or secretariat of four non-profit organization in Hyogo prefecture. The major findings are summarized as follows: (1) The securing of a management resource and the establishment of the network prescribe a domain identity and as a result, it brings an influence to the extension of the business and the possibility of the organization. (2) If the organization tackles a problem solution without evading the problem which is caused by the business plan, organizaitonal learning is attempted. (3) The interdependence relationship in the organization validates a network and promotes cooperation in the organization.
