So far it has been with the original self-evident that the Sports Volunteer be essential to materializing Sports in most studies. It is by no means essential to be understood that the cheap labor. The Sports Volunteer is one of involvement of Sports. In view of Teleology of Sport Administration, it is necessary that examining to question which the Sports Volunteer can increase the Sport life.
Therefore we did rearrange and analyze to 61 preceding studies, to find out that why is it necessary. As a result, preceding studies was classified into six category what “anecdotal report”, “theory and reality”, “behavior of participation”, “behavior of continuation”, “alteration of consciousness”, “other”. And we presented to two future researches by Critically considering as follows:
1) The Sports Volunteer Include the Sports to Volunteer as well as the Volunteer from Sports. But the research is nothing. We have to focus on the Volunteer from Sports because to find out identity in the Sports Volunteer, compared with general volunteer.
2) In the present study, we have demonstrated that there is no difference the Sports Volunteer and the General Volunteer at participation motive. By contrast, the Qualitative Research in preceding studies elucidated particular the process of consciousness Altering for the Sports Volunteer. It is necessary elucidate mean of experience as the Sports Volunteer.
