Market sales of herbs in USA were estimated $14 billion in 2000, and the rate of growth has increased dramatically in recent years. Why? We must know that which herbal medicines are helpful, which are harmful, which are ineffective, and which lack sufficient data of safety and efficacy. An understanding of herbal medicines and its components is the first step in the future.And we must give the scientific evidence to people.
