急性薬物中毒例に対する県医師会の対応

The sarin matter by terrorist, which broke up in Mastumoto City (1994) and in Tokyo (1995), arsenic poison curry matter in Wakayama Prefecture (1998), and following similar affairs gave the ruinous earthquake to not only citizens but also doctors in medical care. The management for such situation has been discussed in Tokushima Medical Association and has constructed the risk management network between prefectural health center, police department of chemical substance analysis and Tokushima University for academic support.
In this paper, the place to first contact as there is a possibility of drug poisoning and to correspondence with the network for the crisis management in Tokushima Prefecture are described in detail.
In addition to them, the clinical diagnosis and first-aid treatment for acute drug poisoning and basic toxicology are mentioned.
