看護学生の認識するケアリング要素に関する文献検討

本研究の目的は，臨地実習における教育方法を検討する基礎的資料とするために看護学生が「ケアリング」をどのように認識し，捉えているのか文献検討をとおして明らかにすることである．
方法は医中誌webを使用した．看護学生に関するケアリング研究を見るために「ケアリング」and「看護学生」とし，検索期間は２００３年から２０１２年とした．
キーワードを「看護学生」and「ケアリング」とし，検索した結果５８件が抽出された．この中で「ケアリング」の内容について論じられている１８件を分析対象とした．
その結果，まず学生が講義・演習の中で気づいたケアリング要素は，対象者にとって重要な内容であった．講義をする教員のケアリングの視点が学生に伝えられており，ケアの対象者の特徴をふまえたケアリング内容が抽出されていた．次に学生が学生－教員間で認識していたケアリングの内容は，学生が教員に対して求めるケアリングの内容であった．特に臨地実習においては教育として教員の通常の行為であっても，学習の進行や学びの速度，自分たちの理解度，性格やタイプに合わせた支援を受けるとケアされていると認識していた．最後に臨地実習での対象者との関わりにおけるケアリングについて学生が認識している内容は，ケアリングの基本になる内容であった．また対象者が設定されていることで，具体性を帯びており対象者の生活を中心にケアを考えることができていた．さらに家族へのケアリングも重要であると認識されていた．

Purpose of this literature study was to clarify what the nursing students’ perception of caring in school and practice was and use basic data to analysis teaching methods in clinical practice.
We searched the Ityushi website for the keywords ‘nursing students‘ and ‘caring‘, and retrieved ５８ articles from the period ２００３ to ２０１２. Of them, we analyzed １８ articles discussing about the caring factors as perceived by nursing students.
Result： １．Contents of caring in lectures and exercises were important for patients. The vision of caring teachers’ lectures met exactly what the students expected.
２．In caring contents, students asked for support in their interaction with the teachers. Students perceive the caring as technology teaching methods, even in the act of ordinary teachers like progress learning, comprehension, and support in clinical practice.
３．Contents of caring the patients in clinical practice was percieved by students to be the basis for caring, and caring for the familiy was recognized as the more important.
