地域密着型スポーツ組織における組織間関係の様相 : 組織間関係の生成と発展のプロセスに焦点を当てて

The purpose of the this study was to clariy the aspect of interorganizational relation in the
community-based sport organizations. To achieve the purpose of this study,the three cases were
analyzed about the cooperation between the consociation of the community resident organizations
and the professional sport club，the cooperation between the shopping district association in the
community and the sports association，and the interorganizational relation of non-profit
organization.
The major findings are summarized as follows: (1) One of the problems is to have a definite
intention to the objective and the strategy when attempting interorganizational relations. It is
important to share to the objective and the strategy and to configure action plan to achieve the
objective among the organizations. (2) Another problem is to promote knowledge creation and
organizational innovation by the learning among the organizations. It is important to obtain a
new knowledge,to penetrate the acquired knowledge，and to create the knowledge and the
organization culture.
