国立大学における職員評価の現状

本稿は、国立大学における職員評価の実態を示すものである。その検討手段として、国立大学に対するアンケート調査を実施した。表記の目的を達成するため、次の展開により検討を行う。第一に、職員評価の必要性を考察する。第二に、先行研究として、私立大学における職員評価の状況を紹介する。第三に、国立大学に対するアンケート調査報告を行う。第四に、本稿の検討結果として、国立大学における職員評価の実態を示し、課題点の整理を行った。

This paper discusses the actual situation of personnel evaluation at national universties，by conducting a questionnaire survey targeted at national universities.In order to achieve the above purpose，the author studied in the following manner: Firsty，the necessity of personnel evaluation was discussed. Secondly，previous studies were reviewed，to grasp the situation of personnel evaluation at private universties.Thirdly，the results of the questionnaire survey targeted at national universities were reported.Fourthly， the actual situation of personnel evaluation at national universities was studied，and problems were summarized.
