進路選択セルフ・エフィカシーからみた大学教員によるキャリア・カウンセリングの研究 : "ケース&ワークブック"開発のための予備的研究

これまでの報告によると，進路選択セルフ・エフィカシー(以下， CDMSE)を高めることで大学生の職業未決定を抑制できるということが明らかにされている。しかし，職業未決定とCDMSEとの関連についての研究量と比較すると，それを高めるための研究については乏しい。そこで本稿では，大学教員によるキャリア・カウンセリングの視点から， CDMSE向上方法について考える。キャリア・カウンセリングには， 1)一対ーカウンセリング， 2)グループ・カウンセリング， 3)カウンセラーフリー・カウンセリング，の3形態がある。ここでは3)カウンセラーフリー・カウンセリングに焦点を当てる。本研究は以下の2ステップを踏んでいる。まず，浦上(1996)のECSワークブックに基づいて， CDMSEを向上させるためのワークブック「ケース&ワークブックJ(試作版)を作成した。そして，そのケース&ワークブックの効果を確認するために， A大学の「カウンセリング論」でパネル調査を行った。結果，その効果が確認された。本稿ではそれを基に議論する。

According to numerous reports. enhancing career decision-making self efficacy (CDMSE) is important in reducing the problem of career indecision amongst undergraduates. However. compared to the amount of research on the relationship between career indecision and CDMSE, few studies have been conducted investigating how to enhance CDMSE. This article addresses this research gap from the point of a career counseling view of university teachers. There are three forms of career counseling. 1) one-to-one counseling. 2) group counseling. 3) counselor-free counseling. This paper focuses on counselor-free counseling. Two studies were conducted. First a workbook:“Case & Workbook" was proposed to enhance CDMSE based on Urakami's ECS workbook (1996). Second, a panel suvey was conducted to verify the effect at the first and second "Counseling Theories at A University" lectures. As the result,the effect was verified. This paper introduces this discussion.
