高専における持続的授業改善システムの構築 : SPODの活用

高等専門学校は、中学卒業生を受ける5年制高等教育機関である。設置基準等においては、その意義が教育を主とするとされている。本論文では、教育を主とするべく定められた高等専門学校における持続的な授業改善システムの構築について、以下のことを指摘した。
1.授業評価やピア・レビューによる授業改善効果の検証は困難である。
2.困難な授業改善の検証においても教員のそモチベーションに着目する方法がある。
3.教員が求める授業改善に関わる情報を、高等教育機関間のネットワークにより得ることで、持続的な授業改善システムを補強することが期待される。

Colleges of Technology are five year higher education organizations，which junior high school graduates enter. Education is the central focus at these establishments. In this paper, we point out the construction of a continuous teaching improvement system in Colleges of Technology which hold education as a principal objective. We came to the following conclusions:
1. It is very difficult to verify teaching evaluation and confirm the effect of teaching improvement through a peer review process.
2. One method to verify the results of a difficult teaching improvement is to focus on the teacher's motivation.
3.Obtaining information related to teaching improvement，which teachers want, through higher education organizational networks should reinforce the continuous teaching improvement system.
