学生が主体的に参加する授業を目指して : 内発的動機を高める様々な手法

昨今、様々なFD活動が広く根づいてきたが、教員個々がまず取り組むべきは学生と向き合う授業の改善である。高等教育の大衆化が進み、向学心に欠ける学生が増えつつある現状で、授業改善が停滞している感が否めない原因の一つに、これまでの授業改善において、学生の学習動機喚起が不十分だった点があるのではないか。そこで、本稿では学生の学習動機に注目した授業改善を展開するための様々な手法について述べ、それらが実際の授業展開の中でどのように実践されたかについて学生のアンケート調査結果から検証した。

Recently faculty developmental activities have been prevailing at most of the higher educational institutions. However，at first teacher are required to improve their own classes. The numbers of students who avoid learning has been increasing lately. This situation accounts for the slow progress in class improvement aiming at activating. It is necessary to focus on awaking student's motivation for learning. In this paper，we mention several methods that help teachers the class improvement aiming at learning motivation of students.We verify the results of our practicing in the class with student survey.
