国立大学における教員業績評価の現状 : アンケート調査分析を踏まえて

本稿は、国立大学における教員業績評価の現状を示すものである。その手法として、国立大学に対するアンケート調査分析を行い、先行調査との比較検討を行った。文部科学省の調査(2010) によると、国立大学において教員業績評価を実施している割合は82.6%であった(この割合は、公私立大学に比べ、高い割合である)。しかし、先行研究より、多様な課題があることも明らかになっている。以上より、教員業績評価の現状を明らかにすることは、その改善の参考になると考えた。

This paper summarizes the current situation of the evaluation of lecturers' performance in national universities. The author analyzed the results of questionnaire surveys targeted at national universities,and compared them with prior researches.According to the survey of the Ministry of Education，Culture ，Sports，Science and Technology in 2010, the ratio of national universities
that evaluate the performance of lecturers is 82.6%.However，it was found that there are various problems compared with prior researches. The clarification of their cuurrent situation would contribute to the improvement of them.
